大型氨厂脱碳吸收塔的模拟计算
Simulating Calculation on the Removed CO2 Absorption Tower of Large-Capacity Ammonia Factory
【摘要】 本文的胺类催化热钾碱溶液脱碳过程的微分模型与传质、传热和相平衡的关联式能满意地模拟工业吸收塔。对凯洛格型和赫尔蒂型等大型氨厂二氧化碳吸收塔的模拟,证实了模型的真实性和本文方法可用于同类吸收塔的设计。
【Abstract】 In the paper, the differential model of the removed carbon dioxide process of amines promoted hot potash solutions and the correlative equations of mass transfer, heat transfer and phase equilibrium can be used to simulate industrial absorption tower satisfactorily.To simulate calculations for Kellogg’s and Heurtey’s absorption tower prove that the model is true and the procedure can be used for design of the absorption tower.
