【Abstract】 Seven strains of HFRSV from the supernatants of infectedLy-A6 and Vero-E6 cell lines were studied by electron microscopy withnegative stain,immuno-negative stain,immunocolloidal gold labellednegative stain.Morphology of these HFRSV is similar to that of theviruses in the Bunyaviridae family.The average size of these viruses issmaller than other reported results.Morphological subunits,these arehollow projections,6-8nm in length and 5-7nm in diameter,can be seenon the surface of the viruses.It is suggested that these morphologicalsubunits might represent a morphological feature of HFRSV.更多还原
