温度对地衣芽孢杆菌形态及生理特性的影响

【摘要】 用常规分析方法测定37℃及55℃培养条件下,地衣芽孢杆菌的个体,群体生长特征以及常规生理生化反应特征,采用修改后的Rowe(1975)合成培养基测定了不同培养温度条件下,该菌体对外源氨基酸的需求情况。结果表明,培养温度不同,地衣茅孢杆菌的形态和常规生理生化反应特征均有明显差别,55℃培养地衣芽孢杆菌,合成培养基中必须含有His Met val Try Cys Asp Glu Thr Ala 9种氨基酸。对兼性嗜热性细菌的鉴定温度同时也进行了讨论。

【Abstract】 The feature of single cell, colony and biochemical reaction werestudied by using usual analysis method. Then the amino acid and vitamin requirements were determined at different te-mperature in defined medium improved. The main results are as following:① The morphological and physiologic feature of theromphilic bacteria are apparently different depending on respective growth temperature.② His, Glu, Val, Try, Ala, Asp, Cys and Thr, Met and were fond to be essential for the growth of the cultures at 55℃ in the medium employed.
