反相离子对色谱法保留机理研究
THE STUDY FOR RETENTION MECHANISM OF REVERSED PHASE ION-PAIR CHROMATOGRAPHY
【摘要】 本文采用阴离子表面活性剂烷基磺酸盐作为离子对试剂加入水—甲醇体系中组成流动相,在化学键合固定相Zorbax C8色谱柱上对弱碱性、弱酸性及中性化合物同时分离,详细讨论了在反相离子对色谱法中影响溶质保留行为的因素,并对色谱分离机理进行了探讨。
【Abstract】 The retention mechanism of reversed phase ion—pair chromatography was investigated.The chromatography condition was column zorbax C8 250×4.6mm,mobile phase was sodium alkylsulfonate buffer solution-methanol. The ion-pair reagents were sodium pentane,hexane-,heptane-and the octanesulfonate. Influences of the column temperatures and the composition of mobile phase (including the percentage of methanol, the concentration of ion-pair reagents, the size of ion-pair reagents, PH of buffer etc.) on the capacity factor were investigated.
