【Abstract】 Proposes a new method for optimal design of communication network.The basic idea and main technic for the programing are discussed.By chosing the optimal link connection and optimal capacity assign alternitively in the separated layers, a minimal cost and minimal signal delay of the network has been obtained.Experiments show the efficency of the method is high about O (n^1·4), better than many other design programs.更多还原
