【Abstract】 The epithelium of the oviducal pars recta is composed of ciliatedcells and secretory cells.In the pars recta of the female in autumn andbefore oviposition following hibernation,there are a lot of secretorygranules in the secretory cells,also some Golgi complexes,ribosome,annulate lamulla,and a small amount of mitochondria and fat droplets.There are many long microvilli on the surface of the secretory cells,anda network forms of them between the adjacent celIs.A positive esterase reaction could be observed in the secretory cellsof female in autumn and before oviposition following hibernation.Theinjection of LHRH into these female toads in autumn or 9-10 days afterovipotion would enhance esterase reaction.更多还原
