含铜硫系玻璃离子选择性电极的选择性响应机理
THE ION SELECTIVE RESPONSE MECHANISM OF COPPERCONTAINING CHALCOGENIDE GLASS ELECTRODE
【摘要】 本文研究了Cux(As2Se3)100-x玻璃电极对各种金属离子的响应特性,发现在Cu2+离子浓度从10-6至10-1M范围内Cu25(As2Se3)75玻璃电极具有良好的线性响应。对含铜硫系玻璃的电子能带结构研究的实验结果表明,随玻璃组成中铜含量增加,费米能级相对于导带的位置不变,光学禁带宽度的减小是由于价带朝费米能级移动的结果。采用强光开路电位法测定了这种玻璃电极的平带电位φf5,结合电子能带参数求得了以氧化还原势标度的电极表面带边能量Ecs和Eus。将含铜硫系玻璃电极的Eus和Ecs与电解质溶液中的氧化还原势Eredox置于相同的能量标度下作图,所得能级图可以判断电极对不同离子是否产生响应。
【Abstract】 In this paper, the characteristics of ion selective response to the different copper-containing chalcogenide glass electrodes were studied. It is demonstrated that Cu25(As2Se3)75 glass electrode has good linear response to Cu2+ ions in the concentration range of 10-6 to 10-1M. The investigation of electronic band structure of Cu-containing chalcogenide glasses has revealed that as the Ca content increases in glass,the conduction band remains unchanged and the shift of valence band towards fermi-level leads to the decrease of optical energy gap. With the help of open circuit photo-potential method the flat band potential φfb of glass electrode is measured, and with the redox potential calibration the surface conductor band (Ecs) and the surface valence band (Evs) of glass electrodes can be obtained. By placing Ecs and Evs of the glass electrodes and the redox potential Eredox of the electrolytes on the same energy scale, the diagram of energy level can be drawn so that it is easy to predict the selective, response to the different ions.
