【Abstract】 A new Chinese character disk operating system, capable of not only processing Chinese characters, but real-time outputting voice with high quality is introduced in this paper. It applies to IBM PC/XT, AT and Great Wail 0520 series personal computers.This system, consisting of a system program and a speech synthesis board pluged into computer, is fully compatible with the popular CCDOS and GWBIOS. It may work in several modes chosen by user. The intonation-changing technique is used for synthesis.更多还原
