煤炭液化复合铁系催化剂的研究

【摘要】 用微型高压釜,以杂酚油为溶剂,在反应温度400℃,氢初压6.08MPa,反应时间30分钟的条件下,研究了多种含铁矿物质、复合铁系催化剂对煤炭液化的催化效果。并用高压DTA技术进一步证实了复合铁系催化剂的良好液化加氢活性。

【Abstract】 The catalytic liquefaction of lignites with creosote as the solvent have been investigated in a tubing bomb at reaction temperature 400℃, reaction time 30 min. and initial hydrogen pressure 6.08MPa. All iron containing minerals have catalytic effect on the liquefaction of lignite. The iron based complex catalysts, which are predominantly composed of iron minerals with a little Co, Mo, Ni, Sn displayed significant synergistic effect on catalytic activity, and the convertion of asphaltene and preasphaltene to oil. Test results indicate that iron ore 8 (pyrite)-Co complex catalyst gives higher oil yield and conversion than Co-Mo/A12O3 catalyst does. Pyrite from Qingshan (ore8) gives oil yield 17.05% and conversion 54.7%, whereas pyrite cobalt complex catalyst (ore-Co) gives 33.07% and 72.3% respectively. The effect of temperature on liquefaction is higher with iron ore catalyst than with iron based complex catalyst. In general, lower DTA peak temperature is associated with larger DTA exothemic peak area and higher rate constant with higher catalytic activity.
