LiB3O5单晶光纤生长
Growth of LBO Single Crystal Fibers
【摘要】 采用激光加热基座法(LHPG)生长了 LiB3O5(LBO)单晶光纤,采用不同的定向籽晶,不同的源棒,及不同的助熔剂均成功地生长出 LBO 光纤。其中采用相位匹配方向的籽晶生长出的光纤,二端面抛光后,一端用 YAG 1.064μm 激光照射,在另一端有0.532μm 绿光输出。
【Abstract】 In this paper the growth of LBO single crystal fibers by thelaser-heated pedestal growth(LHPG)method is reported.Some LBO singlecrystal fibers were obtained by using the seeds of different orientations,di-fferent source rods and different fluxes.The LBO single crystal fibers ob-tained by using the seeds with phase matching direction give an output of0.532μm green light from one polished end-face when a YAG laser beam of1.064μm is incident on the other polished end-face.
