激光加热单晶光纤生长装置的设计

【摘要】 本文讨论了各种单晶光纤生长方法的特点,设计了激光加热基座法(LHPG)生长装置。采用此装置已成功地生长出几种单晶光纤。

【Abstract】 The characteristics of various growth methods for single crystalfibers are described,and the basis for the design of the growth device usedin the method of laser-heated pedestal growth(LHPG)are discussed.Severalsingle crystal fibers have been successfully grown with this device.
