稳定立方ZrO2单晶的电学性质研究
Electrical Property Studies of Yttria-stabilized Cubic Zirconia Single Crystals
【摘要】 本文测定了不同稀土氧化物掺杂着色的 Y2o3稳定立方 ZrO2(YSZ)宝石单晶的交流阻抗谱(温度范围300—900℃,频率范围12—105Hz),求得了 YSZ 单晶体电导、YSZ/电极界面电导随温度的变化关系,以及相应的电导活化能,从氧离子空位低温缔合的角度讨论了单晶体电导率—温度曲线转折的成因。
【Abstract】 Conductivity measurements on YSZ,YSZ-Ce2O3,YSZ-Pr2O3 andYSZ-Nd2O3 single crystals with Pt as electrodes were performed by usingimpedance spectroscopy in the frequency range of 12 to 105 Hz at 300-900℃in air.Temperature dependences of the conductivity for these single crystalsand for the crystal-electrode interface as well as the corresponding activationenergies were determined.The knee temperature of single crystals was dis-cussed in terms of the association of oxygen vacancies with rare earth ele-ments.
