【Abstract】 Lithium triborate(LBO)is a newly developed nonlinear opticalcrystal.LBO single crystals with size up to 35×30×15mm have been successfullygrown by modified flux method and flux pulling method.An energy conversionefficiency of 60% at 1064 nm has been demonstrated in a LBO doubler of 11mm in phase matching direction with higher efficiency possible.LBO crystalstructure and some other properties are also reported in the paper.更多还原
