【摘要】 上清丸具有清散风热,解毒通便的功能,本文从其药理作用进行了多方面的探讨.结果表明,上清丸具有解热、抗炎、抑菌、升高白细胞的作用.从而说明了上清丸的清热解毒作用是通过对炎症早期毛细血管通透性增高及渗出肿胀起直接抑制的结果,还有可能通过促进机体参与炎症的应答反应而起作用.其20%的药物浓度对金黄色葡萄球菌和肺炎双球菌有低度的抑制作用.本文从药理方面为该方运用于临床提供了科学依据.更多还原

【Abstract】 A pharmacological study was carried out on Shang Qing Wan(SQW, pill for Clearing Away Upper-jiao Heat) in various aspects. It is proved that SQW has the effects of anti-inflammation, bacteriostasis, increasing white-cell count as well as clearing away heat. It is also proved that the effect of clearing away heat and toxic material is the result of increased permeability of capillaries and the direct inhibition of. exudation, and probably the response to inflammation. Besides, the 20% SQW liquid has a mild inhibitory effect on Straphylococcus aureus and Diplococcus pneumoniae. Pharmacologically all this provides a scientific basis for the clinical application of SQW.更多还原
