【摘要】 本文以胃电图作为指标,观察氦氖激光照射胃脘痛病人足三里穴前后的胃电变化,并与正常人作比较.结果表明,激光针足三里穴对胃电慢波频率影响不明显,对波幅则产生升高和降低的双向变化,与针刺的胃电图改变相似。和激光针间使穴前后波幅变化不大的结果相比较,提示胃经足三里穴与胃之间存在某种联系.并认为胃电图可以作为胃脘痛的辅助诊断指标.更多还原

【Abstract】 With electrogastrogram (EGG) an as index, the changes of gastroelectricity in patients with stomachache before and after He-Ne laser stimulation to Zusanli were observed and compared with the normal subjects. The results showed that after He-Ne laser stimulation to Zusanli, the frequency of gastro-electricity had no obvious change, and amplitudes had bidirectional changes both rising and lowering. But the EGG amplitudes after laser stimulation to Jianshi point on normal subjects had no obvious change. This indicated that He-Ne laser stimulation could exert similar effects of acupuncture and Zusanli point of the Stomach Channel of Foot-Yangming might have something to do with the stomach. It is therefore believed that EGG could serve as an accessory index for the diagnosis of stomachache.更多还原
