温补肾阳对甲低阳虚兔模型氧耗量的影响

【摘要】 本工作应用经改进的检测装置和方法,观察了手术切除甲状腺复制的甲低阳虚兔模型整体水平氧耗量的变化以及温补肾阳中药对其的调整作用.实验表明,全切组(甲状腺全切除)、全药组(全切除加用中药)、次切组(甲状腺部分切除)和次药组(甲状腺部分切除加用中药)兔术后20天氧耗量均值较术前分别降低34.43%、19.48%、23.91%和13.99%(P<0.01或<0.02),组间比较差别有非常显著意义(P<0.001).提示动物模型在证候表现,病变实质上与临床阳虚证相近,温补肾阳复方可提高甲低兔能量代谢水平,使全切兔氧耗量达到或超过次切兔水平(P>0.05),使次切兔接近假切对照兔水平(P>0.05),中药调节效应可能是通过促进病损甲状腺的分泌机能和(或)通过甲状腺外的其它调节途径实现的。

【Abstract】 In this work we determined the oxygen consumption (VO2) in hypothyroid model rabbits of Yang-deficiency type which were prepared by thyroidectomy, and the regulative effect of Yang-restoring herbs on the models was observed. The results showed that the levels of VO2 of the totally thyroidectomized rabbits (group I), the totally thyroidectomroidectomized rabbits treated with the herbs (group II), the subtotally (3/4) thyroidectomized rabbits (group III) and the subtotally thyroidectomized rabbits treated with the herbs (group IV) decreased respectively by 34.43%, 19.48%, 23.91‰ and 13.99‰ on the 20th day after operation (P<0.01 or P<0.02). The differences among four groups and normal rabbits as control were very significant (P<0.001). The level of VO2 of group II was similar to that of group Ⅲ (P>0.05), and the level of VO2 of group IV was similar to that of the control group (P>0.05). These results indicate that (1) Model rabbits with Fang-deficiency prepared-by thyroidectomy are compatible with the clinical status of Yang-deficiency syndrome, which may serve as a reliable tool for the experimental study of the syndrome; (2) The energy metabolism level of hypothyroid rabbits may be ameliorated by Yang-restoring herbs. The herbs may increase the level of VO2 of hypothyroid rabbits by promoting the secretory activity of thyroid gland directly or acting on the endocrine system other than the thyroid and the target organs.
