臂架自重平衡系统的优化设计
Optimum design of boom weight balancing system
【摘要】 本文以门座起重机的刚性四连杆组合臂架平衡系统为对象,以不平衡力矩和对重重量最小为目标函数,建立相应的优化设计数学模型,并用SUMT算法求解。算例表明,采用优化设计方法,能使变幅功率减小,取得较为理想的设计结果。
【Abstract】 This article presents a mathematic model for optimal design of the rigid four bar composite boom weight balancing system of the portal crane. The minimum unbalanced moment and minimum counter weight are considered as the objective function, and the model is solved by the SUMT method. The practical example shows, that the application of optimal design cuts down the power consumption of luffing mechanism thus improving the design.
