【Abstract】 In this paper, an entropy equilibriun equationhas been derived when the atmosphere is wet. After analyzing the satura tion total temperature associated with heavv fainfall on the surface on t July, 1983 in north part of jiangsu province, we discovered that the negative value regions of the gradient of the saturation total temprature can show very short range Precipitation and that the movement’of mesp-scale raincell is restricted by the negative value regions.更多还原
