295nm紫外线晶状体损伤实验研究
Lens Damage Induced by 295nm UV-light
【摘要】 本实验来用295nm紫外线光源辐射活体大白鼠,30天、60天、90天后散瞳裂隙灯检查并行晶状体蛋白含量分析,结果发现急性辐射30天时,晶状体无明显改变;辐射60天时晶状体皮质出现点状混浊,辐射90天时晶状体皮质大片混浊,核呈棕色变。可溶性晶状体蛋白下降同这些形状学改变基本平行。作者以为,295mn紫外线辐射的急性迭加性损伤易于导致白内障改变,从而为高原地区白内障研究提供一动物模型。
【Abstract】 In this experiment, a 295nm UV-light was used to indu- ce albino rats lenses damage in- vo. It was found that the Soluble lens protein decreases with prolon- ging the irradited time. After 30 days; 60 days and 90 days radiation, the soluble lens protein from normal 8.96mg per 10mg lens protein decre. ased to 8.87mg, 8.04mg and 7.46mg The insolnble lens protein increase- ed. After 90 days radiation, the le- ns nuclear became brown, this kind of lens nuclear look 1ike the catara- tes lens nuclear in high altitute. The protein changes were paralled to the morphologic changes.
