CHIMEHERB artificial skin was used for covering burn wounds of 20 cases with 25 wounds including second degree fresh burn wound, deep second and third degree wound of escharotomy,and donor site. Compared with traditional methods it has the advantages of decreasing exudate, reducing pain, lessening frequent changes, saving dressing, protecting deepening and advancing 2-3 days of healing.
