【摘要】 用青岛海洋大学生物材料研究所研制、海威生物材料有限公司生产的CHIMEHERB人工皮治疗烧伤50例.其中用于切、削痂创面10例,Ⅲ°创面20例,肉芽创面12例,供皮区创面3例.削痂创面一次覆盖面积最大23％,切痂创面13％.人工皮下可移植点状小皮片,亦可移植微粒皮,是一种较好的覆盖创面的生物材料.治疗浅Ⅱ°烧伤可使创面愈合时间提前2～4d(天);用于深Ⅱ°创面愈合时间为19～21d.人工皮治疗Ⅱ°创面,最大贴敷面积为60％.它对烧伤肉芽创面有促进周围上皮生长加速创面愈合的作用.更多还原

【Abstract】 The CHIMEHERB artificial skin-the latest scientific achievement of Biomaterials Institute of Ocean University of Qingdao, the product of Haiwei Biomaterials Co. Ltd . , was used to treat 52 cases of burn patients in our hospital. It was used to cover the wound surfaces after tangenital excision in 12 cases, partial thickness burn wounds in 20 cases, granulation wounds in 12 cases, and skin donor surfaces in 8 cases. The area of tangential excision wound covered with CHIMEHERB was up to 23 % BSA and 13 % BSA in excision wound of full thickness burn. Small pieces of auto-skin graft or microskin graft can be selected to be performed under the coverage. This artificial skin is a kind of ideal biological coverage material of burn wounds. The partial thickness wound healed 2-4 days earlier than usual, and the deep partial thickness wound healed 19-21 days after burn when this material was used . The largest area of partial thickness wounds which we have covered with CHIMEHERB was 60% BSA . This material was capable of stimulating the growth of the epithelium around the granulating wounds so that wound healing process was promoted.更多还原
