【摘要】 为观实CHIMEHERB有效成分,对新生小白鼠和人包皮外板的表皮细胞的生长影响,本文对7个实验浓度13次实验,112组592个组织块进行了组织培养的资料分析和机理的初步探讨,结果说明CHIMEHERB对表皮细胞无任何毒副作用,能100％的促进表皮细胞的生长.其相对生长率:小白鼠组为142.73％,人包皮外板组为440.58％,实验结果与临床应用效果一致.更多还原

【Abstract】 This report is about the growth of epidermal cells from new born rats and the foreskin in various concentrations of CHIMEHERB effetive component; the study was carried out 13 times, with 112 groups including 592 tissue culture samples. Also studied were some concerned mechamisms. The study shows that CHIMEHERB has nontoxic effect to epidermal cells,on the contrary,it can promote their growth, with a total effective ratio of 1005. The average relative growth ratio is 142.73% for new born rat, and 440. 58% for foreskin.This result is identical with the clinical practice effect of the CHIMEHERB artificial skin.更多还原
