氯化聚乙烯链段分布的研究
Study on the Distribution of Sequences for Chlorination
【摘要】 本文在聚乙烯的氯化反应过程中同时测定了反应动力学曲线及结晶度的变化。实验结果发现,结晶度是随着氯化亚甲基的浓度而线性降低,直线斜率与反应温度和氯化聚乙烯的制备方法有关。在 Flory 结晶模型的基础上,由概率统计理论可推导出非晶区链段分布函数:Wn=n(1—PAA)2PAAn-1式中 PAA和 n 分别为亚甲基克分子分数及非晶区链段长,后者与残留的结晶度和反应动力学参数有关。
【Abstract】 The kinetic curves of reaction and the changes in crystallinity weresimultaniously determined in chlorination process for polyethylene.Itwas found that the crystallinity decreased linearly with concentration ofchlorinated methylene.The slope of the straight lines depended on thereaction temperature of chlorination and the preparation method of chl-orinated polyethylene.On the basis of Flory crystalline model,the distributioll funtion ofsequenece length n was derived from the statistic theory of probability.Wn=n(1-PAA)2P(AAn-1where P(AA) is methylene mole fraction contained in non-crystallizablesequenee length n which relates to the remaining crystallinity and thekinetic parmeters.
