镍顺丁硫化胶氧化断裂行为的解析——Ⅱ 高效/半高效硫化体系的氧化断裂行为
Analysis of Oxidative Scission Behaviour for Ni—Catalyzed Polybutadiene Vulcanizates Part Ⅱ—Oxidative Scission Behaviour of Vulcanizates in EV and Semi—EV Systems
【摘要】 在热氧老化过程中,高效/半高效硫化体系的镍顺丁胶是以主链断裂为主、主链与交联键同时发生断裂,但在初期交联键断裂比主链断裂优先。半高效体系硫化胶的氧化断裂速度大于高效体系的硫化胶。在氧化断裂的同时发生交联反应,且半高效体系硫化胶的交联速度大于高效体系硫化胶。
【Abstract】 Vulcanizates of EV and semi-EV have a high proportion of monoanddisulfidic crosslinks.During the network degradation scissions of both main chains andcrosslinks concur although the random seission of main chains is stillthe major process.But the cleavage of crosslink has priority over that ofmain chain in the initiation step.The relaxation rate of semi-EV system valcanizate is faster thanVuleanizate of EV system.During the oxidative scission the erosslink reaction occur,and theerosslink rate of semi-EV system vulcanizate is faster than the EV sys-tern vuleanizate.
