【Abstract】 In this paper, the status of the widely used traditional method for designingand calculating torque converters is introduced and analyzed, also the advantages anddisadvantages of this method are indicated. Based on recent literatures both domestic and abroad, the necessity and feasibi-lity of applying three-dimensional flow theory, to the design and calculation of tor-que converters are demonstrated, and the tendency of development of the performanceprediction and design of torque converters is discussed.更多还原
