【Abstract】 From the viewpoints of macrocontrol and financial management, this proj-ect studies the purpose of library collection and the principles and methods for determining the Library collection, analyses the status quo and develop-ment history of the composition of Library colletion, forecasts the developingtrends of Library collection, investigats the situation of document utilizati-on, finally proposes four practical plans on the reasonable composition of Li-brary collection.
