【Abstract】 In accordance with the development trends of the scientific and technicalinformation work in our country and the status quo and exsisting problems of thecomputer information retrieval networks, the author puts forward a designingidea for setting up the microcomputer information retrieval network at the pr-ovince level, details the general goal, the functions and the structure of this ne-twork, the components of databases, the scheme for self-establishing databases,as well as the information transmission way within the network, finally pointsout the advantages and the feasibility of this network scheme.更多还原
