手扶拖拉机扶手架的减振设计
DYNAMIC MODIFICATION APPLIED TO THE DESIGN OF THE HANDLE OF A WALKING TRACTOR
【摘要】 本文对手扶拖拉机手把进行测量与评价,结果表明振动量值较大,危及驾驶员身体健康。为了减小振动,首先对扶手架进行模态分析,发现了第二阶模态频率与发动机一阶惯性力频率耦合。为使第二阶模态频率避开发动机一阶惯性力频率,文中对扶手架的质量、刚度进行局部修改,结果使手把振动有较大幅度的下降。文中还对改进前、后构件的受力变形进行模拟,以检查改进的效果。
【Abstract】 In this paper, the vibration on the handle of Walking tractor is measured and evaluated.The results show that the vibration on the handle is rather large and affects the health of drivers. In order to reduce the vibration, we first make a modal analysis of the handle of the walking tractor and find that the second modal frequency is coupled with the primary forcing frequency of the engine. To separate these frequencies, we make a local modification to mass and stiffness of the handle and results in the vibration on the handle of walking tractor to reduce considerably. Finally, we also make a forced response simulation around the structure before and after modification to check the effect of the modification.
