手扶拖拉机动态特性的试验研究
THE DYNAMIC CHARACTERISTICS OF A WALKING TRACTOR
【摘要】 本文用试验模态分析方法比较系统地研究了8.8kW手扶拖拉机的前十阶振动模态参数(固有频率、阻尼和振型)、发动机支承座垫的隔振性能和尾轮对座椅等处的传递函数。试验结果表明手扶拖拉机座椅和扶手把振动较大的主要原因是发动机工作时引起的手扶拖拉机整体结构的共振。文章还从振动的角度提出了改进该类手扶拖拉机设计的一些建议。
【Abstract】 In this paper, the first ten modal parameters, including the natural frequencies, modal damping and modal shapes, of a 8.8kW power walking tractor were investigated by means of experimental modal analysis techniques. Moreover, the vibration isolation characteristics of engine pads (and transfer functions between the seat and the rear wheel, the handle and the rear wheel were also studied. The results indicated that one of the natural frequencies of the walking tractor is same as the working frequency of the engine. This is the main reason causing the high vibration levels at the handle and the seat of the tractor. Some methods to improve the dynamic properties of the walking tractor were suggested.
