【摘要】 本文报告了11例正常男性輸精管结扎术前和结扎术后两年血清与精浆中生殖激素水平和精浆中果糖、锌含量的变化。受试者为曾生育的32～49岁正常男性,采用直视钳穿法结扎,术后连续观察两年。结果表明血清中LH、FSH、PRL、T与精浆中T水平和精浆中果糖和锌含量在输精管结扎前后的对照观察经方差分析没有显著性差异。精浆DHT水平在输精管结扎后有不同程度降低,但经秩和检验没有显著性差异。精浆T、 DHT和血清LH、FSH、PRL、T水平变化没有相关性。精浆中T与DHT的分离采用由作者建立的高效液相(HPLC)分离法分离。我们的研究表明从生殖内分泌角度来看,输精管结扎术是人类控制生育的一种有效、安全的节育方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper reported the reproductive hormone profile of serum and seminal plas- ma,and concentration of zinc and fructose of seminal plasma of eleven healthy men before and two years after vasectomy.The results showed that the DHT level of seminal plasma decreased at different degrees after vasectomy,but no significant change by Rank test. The level of Other reproductive hormones and zinc and fructose concentration did not change significantly by variant analysis.T and DHT of seminal plasma are separated by HPLC(High Performance Liquid Chromatography)by author’s established method.更多还原
