【摘要】 对400名健康老人的肺功能（包括VC、FVC、MBC、FEV₁%、MMEF指标及MEFV曲线）作了测定和评价。结果表明:健康老人的静态肺容量、小气道功能、通气及其储备功能均有减退;吸烟者与非吸烟者相比,MMEF、MBC、V₅₀及V₂₃均有显著差异（分别为P<0.05及P<0.01）。说明吸烟所致的损害不仅累及小气道部位,也累及了较大的气道。文中又用逐步回归法建立了健康老年人肺功能预测值的回归方程。更多还原

【Abstract】 The lung function was tested and evaluated in 400 healthy elderly. The measured indices included VC, FVC, MBC, FEV₁%, MMEF and MEFV curve. The results show that the static lung volumes, function of small airway, ventilatory function and ventilatory reserve in the healthy elderly are decreased and in MMEF, MBC, V₅₀, and V₂₅ there are marked differences （respectively P<0.05 and P<0.01） between smokers and non-smokers. These data suggest that injury resulting from smoking involves not only the small airway but the larger airway. The regression equations of normal values in the healthy elderly are established by stepwise regression analysis in the paper.更多还原
