多粘菌素B鼓室注射的耳蜗和前庭毒性——电生理研究与电镜观察
TOXICITY IN THE COCHLEA AND VESTIBULE BY INTRATYMPANIC INJECTION OF POLYMYXIN B
【摘要】 采用听生理学、前庭功能试验及电镜观察,研究多粘菌素B鼓室内注射的耳蜗和前庭毒性,结果表明:(1)多粘菌素B可由圆窗膜进入内耳引起耳蜗和前庭损害,从而导致感觉神经性耳聋和眩晕;(2)其损害程度与多粘菌素B使用浓度及时间成正比。
【Abstract】 Toxicity in the cochlea and vestibule by intratympanic injection of polymyxin B was studied with auditory physiology, vestibular function test and electron microscopy. The results suggest as follows. (1) Polymyxin B may enter the inner ear through the round window membrane and induce damage of cochlea and vestibule resulting in sensorineural hearing loss and vertigo. (2) The degrees of damage are in direct ratio to the concentrations and time of applied polymyxin B.
