【摘要】 本文应用红细胞C3b受体(C3bR)花环试验和免疫复合物(IC)花环试验对正常新生儿和儿童红细胞免疫功能进行了测定。并对部分患儿的红细胞免疫功能变化进行了观察,结果表明,新生儿两种花环率明显高于儿童及成人(P<0.001);2岁以上儿童与成人无显著差异(P>0.05)。儿童患病时红细胞免疫功能确有变化,本文对这些变化逐一进行了讨论。更多还原

【Abstract】 The rosette rates of red blood cell C3b receptor (C3bk) and immune complex (IC) for neonatal and children hare been detected, and the variation on immune function of RBC for partial diseased children were observed. The results showed both the rosette rates of the neonatal had higher levels than those of children and adults significantely (P<0.001), and no significant difference was found between these rates of the children and adults. The variantion of immune function appeared in the diseased children. In this paper, these varieties were also dealt with.更多还原
