辐射对皮革制品霉变的防治效果
Control Efficiency of Radiation to Mouldiness of Leather and Its Products
【摘要】 选择从霉变皮革上分离的具有代表性的五种霉菌进行辐射敏感性测定。结果表明:对γ射线的抗性顺序为产黄青霉>秸青霉>灰绿曲霉>常见青霉>黄曲霉。它们的斜面纯培养在1300krad 以上剂量可全部杀死,皮革制品辐射防霉的剂量与微生物种类、起始密度、培养基的化学成份、皮革的贮藏条件有关。因此,皮革辐射贮藏的剂量范围以1700~2000krad 为宜。辐射防霉妥善的包装方法是在一般皮革制品外包装的基础上,再增加聚乙烯或聚氯乙烯塑科薄膜内包装,并且热合压边密封。
【Abstract】 Five representative mould fungi were tested for their radiation sensitivitiesand the sequence of their resistances to γ-ray was:P.chzysogenum>P.citrin-um>A.glaucus>P.feguentaus>A.flavus.Their D10 values were 459,450,405,193 and 135 respectively.More than 1300 krad radiation dosage could comp-letely kill these microbes on bevel pure cultures.The dosages from 1700 to 2000Krad were available for the control to the mouldiness of leather and its pr-oducts.After the radiation,it would be better for the leather to be innerpac-ked by polythene films besides its normally external packing,with films’sidespressed closely by heat.
