【摘要】 用CO₂激光处理孵化前的来航鸡种蛋,孵化后的鸡与未受激光照射的鸡在相同条件下饲养。在不同的生长期测定肝脏的RNA、DNA的含量和血清中γ-球蛋白的含量。结果是RNA、DND含量照射组与对照组看不出有何变化,而γ-球蛋白则有较明显的提高。这说明CO₂激光对核酸代谢活动无明显影响;但对鸡的免疫机能则有较明显的促进作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 With CO₂ Laser We treated the hatching eggs of Leghorn before they were set to hatch.The hatched chicken were raised in the same conditions as the comparision chicken. In different growing periods we measured the contents of RNA, DNA and r-globulin of the treated and comparision chickens.The experiment results show that the amount of the contents of DNA and RNA of the treatend and untreated chicken has no remarkable difference,but the content of γ-globulin differed greatly.This indicales the using of CO₂Laser may increase the immuity function of the chicken, wlile if don’t have influence on the content of nucleic acid.更多还原
