【摘要】 观察分析了18例骨髓增生异常综合征(MDS)的粒-单系祖细胞(CFU-GM)。其中4例同时作了CFU-GM及白血病祖细胞(CFU-L)动态观察,发现2例转变成急性白血病前,CFU-GM生长缺陷或丛样生长,并见CFU-L形成。另2例CFU-GM形成减少或生长缺陷。无CFU-L生长,临床病情相对稳定。结果表明骨髓CFU-GM丛样生长和CFU-L形成的MDS病人可能较快的发展成急性白血病。更多还原

【Abstract】 Bone marrow CFU-GM of 18 patients with myelodyspIastic syndrome(MDS) were studied and the CFU-GM and CFU-L in 4 of them were followed.Two of the 4 patients developed acute myeloid leukemia and grew not only cluster pattern of CFU-GM but colonies of CFU-L typical for acute myeloid leukemia before the occurrence of acute leukemia.The other two showed only a decrease in colonies of CFU-GM without growth of CFU-L.Our results suggested that patients with MDS developing the“cluster pattern”of CFU-GM and the colonies of CFU-L might progress rapidly to leukemia.更多还原
