【摘要】 比较观察了成年大鼠和幼鼠附睾中SDH、LDH和NSE的活性。镜检把附睾区分为起始段、中段和末段三部分。三种酶的组化反应大体相似,在成鼠附睾末段酶的反应最强,起始段和中段中部反应中等,中段近侧部反应较强。在幼鼠酶的反应与成鼠相比末段活性较弱,中段酶反应无分区差别。实验结果提示附睾酶反应的变化与性成熟和附睾管内精积集有关。更多还原

【Abstract】 The activity of SDH, LDH, and NSE were comparatively observed in the initial,middle and terminal segment of the adult and young rat epididymis. The histochemicalreaction of the three enzymes was similar. In the adult rat, the strongest reaction wasobserved in the terminal segment, moderate, in the initial segment and intermediate, in themiddle segment, and stronger in the proximal portion of the middle segment. In theterminal segment the activity of the enzymes was weaker in the young rats than that in theadult, but in the middle segment there was not regional differentiation as was referred toin the adult. This result suggests that the difference of the enzymal activity among thesegment of the rat epididymis was associated with sex maturation and sperm collection inthe lumen of epididymis.更多还原
