【摘要】 对正常人、甲亢和甲减患者各10名进行TRH试验,发现TRH可引起血压暂时性升高,峰值出现于静脉注射TRH后2分钟,收缩压平均升高1.46～2.21kPa(11.0～16.6mmHg),舒张压平均升高1.66～1.98kPa(12.5～14.9mmHg),平均动脉压平均升高1.60～2.19kPa(12.0～16.46mmHg),与基础血压相比,均有非常显著差异(P<0.005～0.001)。三组间基础血压和峰值血压均无显著差异(P>0.05),提示甲状腺功能状态对TRH的升压作用无影响。更多还原

【Abstract】 TRH 300μg was administrated intravenously to 10 normal subjects, 10 hyperthyroid patients and 10 hypothyroid patients, it was found that TRH elevated BP transiently, and the maximum increase was recorded two minutes after iv TRH. The systolic pressure was elevated 11.0—16.6mmHg above baseline, the diastolic pressure was elevated 12.5～ 14.9 mmHg, above baseline and the mean arterial pressure was elevated 12.0～16.46mm Hg above baseline, There were significant difference between the basic values and the peak values(P < 0.005～0.001).There weren’t significant difference among the three groups in basic and maximum BP response after TRH. lt is suggested that thyroid function state exerts no influence on BP elevation induced by TRH.更多还原
