双线性SC跳耦滤波器的设计
Design of Bilinear SC Leapfrog Filter
【摘要】 跳耦结构是实现高阶有源 SC(开关电容)滤波器的最佳选择,是实际应用最广泛的一种结构.预补偿法使双线性变换的理论优点与 LDI 结构的实际优点相结合,设计出集成电路制造所欢迎的双线性跳耦滤波器.本文介绍另一种预补偿法,能获得同样的结果,但源端不需用双线性积分器而可用 LDI 积分器.以3阶考尔低通滤波器为例详细说明设计过程.
【Abstract】 The leapfrog structure is the best choice in the realization of high-order active switched-capacitor filters,and is most widely used for practical purposes.A kind of bilinear leapfrog filters has been designed by using the precompensative method 1 which combines the theoretical advantages of the bilinear trans- formations with the practical advantages of the LDI structure. In this paper,another precompensative method 2,by which a exact bilinear transformed transfer function is realised,is presented.In stead of using bilinear integrators,however,we may use LDI integrators for the source terminal,and the same results can be obtained.An example of the design procedure of a thirdorder Cauer lowpass filter is illustrated in detail.
