【摘要】 本文比较34例心脏病患者运动前后肺动脉舒张末期压(PAEDP)和心搏出量(CO)的改变,心功能Ⅰ级7例,Ⅱ级8例,Ⅲ级16例,Ⅳ级3例。Ⅰ级心功能患者PAEDP 运动前后无明显差异(P>0.05),运动后 CO 明显增加(P<0.01)。Ⅱ级心功患者运动前 PAEDP 与Ⅰ级比较差异不大(P>0.05),运动后则明显增加(P<0.01)。Ⅲ、Ⅳ级心功患者 PAEDP 运动前后均高于正常(P<0.05,<0.01),但 CO 在Ⅳ心功患者运动后增加不显(P>0.05)。认为运动试验可检出早期心衰,评价心脏的储备能力。更多还原

【Abstract】 Observation of changes in pulmonary arterial end diastolic pressure(PAEDP)and cardiac output(CO)before and after exercise was carried out in 34 patients with heart diseases,of which 7 were in New York Heart Associatiation(NYHA)class Ⅰ,8 in Ⅱ 16 in Ⅲ and 3 in Ⅳ.In patients of class Ⅰ,PAEDP was not affected(P>0.05), while CO was significantly increased(P<0.01)after exorcise.In patients of class Ⅱ, PAEDP wqs not different from that in patients of class Ⅰ before exercise (p>0.05)but significantly increased after exercise(P<0.01).In patients of class Ⅲ and Ⅳ,PAEDP was higher than normal either before or after exercise(P<0.05,P<0.01).However, CO did not increase after exercise(P>0.05).It is,therefore,suggested that an early diagnosis of heart failure and evaluation of the potential heart ability can be made by means of exercise testing in patients Who are suspected to have feart failure.更多还原
