催化褪色光度法测定中药内微量铜的研究
SPECTRO PHOTOMETRIC DETERMINATION OF TRACE COPPER(Ⅱ) IN TRADITIONAL CHINESE MEDICINE BY CATALYZIC DECOLORIZATON
【摘要】 本文发现氨水介质中微量铜(Ⅱ)催化过氧化氢氧化茜素红褪色反应,建立了催化褪色光度法测定中药内微元素量元素铜(Ⅱ)的新方法。
【Abstract】 In this reaction Cu(Ⅱ) in ammonium hydroxide can catalyze the decolorizing reaction which results from the oxidation of alizarin red by hydrogen peroxide.A new kinetics method of determining trace Cu (Ⅱ) in traditional Chinese medicine were obtained
