化学镀镍硼合金镀层的结构及性能
STRUCTURE AND PROPERTIES OF CHEMICAL DEPOSITED Ni—B ALLOY
【摘要】 本文研究了化学镀镍硼合金镀层的显微组织、结构和性能以及热处理对它们的影响。研究表明,该合金镀层在镀态下为非晶态,加热至250℃以上晶化,晶化稳定相为Ni、Ni3B。热处理后能显著提高镀层的硬度,400℃时保温1小时硬度可达HV1115。镀层具有良好的耐蚀性和附着力。
【Abstract】 In this paper we study the effect of different heat treatments on thestructure and properties of chemical deposited Ni—B alloy. The results that show that the coating as deposited is amorphous. The initial crystallization temperature is above 250℃ and the stable phases are Ni, Ni, B. The microhardness of Ni—B alloy coating will be improved remarkably by annealing, reaching the highest hardness HV1115 at 400℃ when annealed for 1h. High corrosion ersistance of Ni—B alloy coating and good adhesion between the coating and the base have been shown.
