【摘要】 本文检测了武汉地区70例健康献血员(年龄:30～45岁),男女各35例)外周血T细胞亚群、NK细胞活性、诱生IFN-α、IFN-γ,IL-2能力和血清IFN-α水平。结果表明除女性受试者外周血NK细胞活性显著性地低于男性外,其他各项指标男女性别之间虽有差异,但均无显著性意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 T cell subsets, NK cell activity, abilities of production IFN-a, IFN-r, IL-2 and sera IFN-a were detected in PBMCs and sera from 70 cases of healthy donors in Wuhan region (donor age;30-45 year old, men and women were 35 cases respectively) .The results showed fact that there were no statistic significance between the female and the male subjects although being somewhat difference, except that NK cell activity in the female was lower than that in the male significatively.更多还原
