关于热钾碱法碳钢设备腐蚀的探讨
Discussion on Corrosion of Apparatus in the Hot Potassium Carbonate Process-C02-Removing Solution
【摘要】 本文论述了以瓷环作为填料的热钾碱法脱碳溶液中双层缓腐膜—一钒膜和硅膜的形成及产生原因的分析。为了防止系统腐蚀,应维持溶液中K2SiO3(以SiO2计)浓度大于0.3g/1。
【Abstract】 The paper reports how and why the double inhibitor films—Vanadiumand silicon form on carbon steels in the hot potassium carbonate process—CO2 removing solution in which the Raschig rings are used as packing.As a result, in order to prevent corrosion of the system, the K2SiO3 concentration of the solution (in terms of SiO2) should be kept over 0.3 g/1.
