扩展—记录法检测高分子膜的微孔

【摘要】 本工作报导了一种新的高分子膜微孔无损检测方法。借助于记录材料在孔位置上扩展了的图象,可直接观察到0.1μm 这样尺寸的微孔,並能确定孔的位置和孔径范围。此方法具有直观、实像显示、灵敏、快速、简便和无损等特点,已成功地应用于无孔气体分离膜的微孔检测。

【Abstract】 A new technique for inspection of microholes in holeless polymermembranes is described in this paper.As the probe gas transferedthrough microholes of membrane and reacted with the recording filmcovered on the membrane,the coloured images of the microholesformed and then developed up to visible size.Therefore the locationand size range of the microholes could be found based on thecolouring time and image size in a definite experimental system.Asampling system of probe gas and recording material consist ofammonia and polymer coating film containing brom cresol green dyedescrebed.This method showes some advantages such as harmless,instantdisplay and convenience etc.,it has already been applied in thestudies on preparation of polymer membranes for inspection of pinhole.
