防爆壳内可控硅元件散热研究

【摘要】 作者对防爆壳内500A平板型和300A螺栓型可控硅元件,用热管和铸铝散热器在自然对流和强制对流传热实验台上进行了多种工况的换热实验。得出可控硅元件不同无功损耗功率时的表面温升与热阻的关系曲线,为防爆壳内使用500A平板型或300A螺栓型可控硅元件提供散热依据。还提出了铜一丙酮热管冷却有关的放热准则式,供设计參考。

【Abstract】 Experiment in heat exchange for various conditions os heat pipe and cast aluminum heat dissipator under natural and forced convection was made on test board to test the function of 500A plate-type and 300A bolt-type SCR units in explosion-proof housing. A group of curves of surface temperature rise with respect to the heat resistance of SCR units at different wattless dissipation power were worked out as the basis of heat dissipation in choosing whether of the two types of SCR units. The paper provides cooling and exothermic criterion formula in this respect for reference in design of copper-acetone heat pipe.
