双层镀体系摩擦性能的研究

【摘要】 本文在单层镀体系摩擦理论的基础上,以锡膜-和铜膜-铅基体为理论模型,探讨了双层镀体系的摩擦学理论。按此理论的结果,可利用双层镀方法将单层镀中硬膜软基体体系的摩擦峰削平,而使双层镀材料的摩擦曲线显得平稳。还指出硬膜上镀软膜比在膜与基体间插入硬膜更有效。这一理论在工程上很有应用价值。

【Abstract】 Based on the theory of the mpnolayer coating, taking a system of tin and copper layers on lead substrate as theoretical model, the tribology of double-coating system was investigated.Using (lb able-co at ing technique, the friction peeks of hard coating-soft substrate could be smoothened and friction behaviour of the double-coatings could become smooth and steady.The results could be applied to engineering practise.
