【摘要】 对40例现症麻风患者和26例麻风治愈者的T细胞亚群进行了分析。在现症患者中T细胞总数及各个亚群的比率均显著低于对照组。29例治愈者的T细胞也显著低于对照组（P<0.01）。在ENL患者中,OKT⁺₄细胞的比率显著上升,OKT⁺₈细胞的比率明显下降,OKT⁺₄/OKT⁺₈细胞的比值便明显高于现症患者（P<0.01）和对照组。在治愈者和各型现症患者之间,各T细胞亚群的比率和OKT⁺₄/OKT⁺₈细胞的比值均无明显差异（P>.05）,表明抗麻风治疗对患者的免疫调节功能无明显影响。更多还原

【Abstract】 Three subgroups of T cells were classified with monoclonal antibodies in 40 active leprosy cases and 26 cured ones. The result indicated the cell numbers of all the three subgroups both in active and cured patients were fewer than in the controls, with significant difference statistically. In the lepromatous cases with ENL, OKT₄⁺ cells increased, OKT₈⁺ ones decreased and the rate of the OKT₄⁺/OKT₈⁺ was higher than in the cases without ENL including cured ones and in the controls. In the patients with or without ENL including the cured ones, the three subgroups of T lymphocytes and the rate of OKT₄⁺/OKT₈⁺ showed no difference. It is suggested that the immunological status of leprosy patients was not influenced by anti-leprosy treatment.s更多还原
