【Abstract】 Using the electro—physiological method.we observed the effect of time in hypertonic saline on the revival time of toad sciatic nerve in Ringer’s solution.The results indicate that the revival time of the action potential prolongs with the time in hypertonic saline prolongs.the coefficient of correlation is 0.9684.As long as the time in hypertonic saline is 30 min.the action potential could revival in Ringer’s solution at 36(30 to 45) min.更多还原
