【摘要】 本文报告30例蚕蚀性角膜溃疡的病理形态。本病属非化脓性的慢性炎症,角膜浅层实质破坏形成溃疡,角膜板层及溃疡边缘结膜见有淋巴细胞、浆细胞为主的炎细胞浸润和肉芽组织形成。活动期病变可见较多中性白细胞浸润。发病机理很复杂,主要与免疫反应有关。更多还原

【Abstract】 In this paper, the patho-morphology of 30 cases of corneal rodent ulcer is described. The results showed that all iesins are non-suppurative chronic inflammation in entity. It was found that the corneal superficial stroma and lamella,as well as in the conjunctiva near ulcer margin were eroted and ulcerated.And accompanied with Lympho-plasma cells infiltration,eventually granulation tissue developed. In active stage considerable infiltration of neutrophil cells was seen. The mechanism of this disease suggested mainly relation with immuno-reaction.更多还原
